Find activities you enjoy! Whether it’s cycling, dancing, or playing a sport, find something fun to keep you moving.

Eat A Balanced Diet

Eat a variety of foods. Include fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, protein and dairy in your meals. 

Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. 

Get Enough Sleep

Create a relaxing bedtime environment. Limit your screen time before bed and try to create a calming atmosphere.

Manage Stress

Take Breaks: make time for yourself to relax and recharge.
